As a member of the Charles River Associates team working for a US aerospace manufacturer, I assisted in the development of a sales forecast for a new very light jet (VLJ) being brought to market by the client. Once the forecast was developed, I was a key member of the team that used the CRA forecast as a framework to evaluate the client’s business plan for the new aircraft.
